These rules govern ctas.vn — the website presenting and providing CTAS software products — owned and operated by CTA Solution Co., Ltd., in line with Decree 52/2013/ND-CP and Decree 85/2021/ND-CP on e-commerce.

2. General principles

  • ctas.vn provides information about products, pricing, policies and news, and is the starting point for customers to sign up for, use and buy CTAS plans.
  • All transactions comply with Vietnamese law. Product and price information on ctas.vn is kept accurate and clear; the price that applies is the one shown at the time of purchase.
  • Customers using ctas.vn and CTAS products agree to these rules, the Terms of service and related policies.

3. How transactions work

  1. Learn: read about the products and the pricing, start a 7-day trial, or send questions through the Contact page.
  2. Sign up: create a free CTAS account in the app or on the web, verify your email and create an organization.
  3. Trial: a new organization gets a 7-day trial with everything in the Growth plan, with no payment. From day 8 it needs to buy a plan to continue.
  4. Choose a paid plan: pick a plan and a prepaid term (3, 6 or 12 months, never renewing) in the app (App Store, Google Play) or on the web at business.ctas.vn or work.ctas.vn; for Enterprise, sign a contract with CTA Solution. Purchased plans are not refundable.
  5. Pay: under the Payment policy.
  6. Activation: the plan activates automatically on successful payment and the organization receives a confirmation.
  7. After-sales: under the Maintenance & support policy; cancellation under the Cancellation & refund policy.

4. Complaints and disputes

  1. Send complaints by email to support@ctasolution.vn, by hotline or through the contact form, with your organization details, the issue and any evidence.
  2. CTA Solution acknowledges receipt within 1 business day.
  3. CTA Solution investigates and proposes a resolution within 7 business days; complex cases may take longer but no more than 15 business days, and you will be told.
  4. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved under the Terms of service — negotiation, mediation, then the competent People’s Court in Ho Chi Minh City.

CTA Solution respects and strictly applies consumer protection law.

5. Personal data

Personal data is collected, used and protected under the Privacy policy, Data processing agreement and Cookie policy.

6. Prohibited content

Customers may not use ctas.vn or CTAS products to post, store or transmit unlawful content, content infringing others’ rights, false information or malware. CTA Solution may remove such content, suspend or terminate offending accounts and cooperate with the authorities.

7. Technical faults

CTA Solution works to keep the website and products running reliably. If a technical fault affects a transaction (for example, paid but the plan is not active), tell us and we will fix it or return the amount charged in error under our policies. CTA Solution is not responsible for faults caused by the customer’s devices or connection, or by force majeure.

8. CTA Solution’s rights and obligations

  • Provide truthful, complete information about products, prices and policies, and publish these rules on ctas.vn.
  • Keep information secure, protect customers’ personal data, and receive and resolve complaints on time.
  • Amend these rules, policies and prices as permitted, announcing changes before they apply.

9. Customers’ rights and obligations

  • Receive full information, advice, support and complaint handling under these rules.
  • Give accurate information when registering and paying, keep accounts secure and use the service lawfully and under the Terms of service.

10. Effect

These rules take effect when published on ctas.vn. Amended versions are posted on this page with their effective date. The Vietnamese version prevails in case of any difference.
