CTAS Work Growth 3-month free programme terms

These terms govern the CTAS Work Growth 3-month free programme (the "Programme") run by CTA Solution Co., Ltd. ("CTAS") for organizations already created on CTAS Work. The Programme is part of our Terms of service; anything not covered here follows the Terms of service, the Payment policy and the Privacy policy.

1. The offer

• The organization uses the CTAS Work Growth plan free for 3 months (counted as 91 days, the same way a 3-month prepaid term is counted).
• The offer includes every feature and limit of the Growth plan at the time of activation. Add-ons and extra storage are not part of it.
• The offer has no cash value, cannot be transferred to another organization and is not refunded in any form.

2. Who is eligible

• The organization has already been created on CTAS Work and has an organization code (like ADT-JWT-ORW, shown under Organization › Settings in the app).
• The applicant is an administrator of that organization on CTAS Work. The phone number or email given in the application must belong to the administrator's account so CTAS can match it.
• The organization has submitted its business verification on CTAS Work (Organization › Verification). It does not have to be approved yet when the application is sent; CTAS may wait for the decision before activating.
• Each organization receives the offer once. Organizations belonging to the same business (same tax id or the same representative) count as one.
• The details given must be accurate and belong to a real, operating business.

3. Applying and activation

• The organization fills in and sends the application form on ctas.vn. By sending it, the organization confirms it has read and agrees to the Terms of service and to these Programme terms.
• CTAS reviews the application within 3 working days and may contact the organization by email, phone or Zalo to confirm the details.
• The offer takes effect from the moment CTAS activates it, announced by email to the address given in the application. In the app, the organization sees the Growth plan and its end date under Organization › Plan.
• CTAS may decline applications that are ineligible, inaccurate or duplicated without giving detailed reasons.

4. Not stacked with the trial

• The offer is not added to the default 7-day trial granted when an organization is created. On activation any remaining trial days end, and the 3 months start from the moment of activation.
• The offer does not carry the business-verification time bonus. That bonus is kept for the organization's first paid purchase, as described in the Payment policy.
• If the organization already has a paid plan running, the offer is placed by the prepaid rules in the Payment policy: the same or a lower tier than the running plan is queued after the current term; a higher tier upgrades at once and converts the remaining days.

5. After the 3 months

• When the offer ends, the organization chooses a prepaid plan to keep attendance, scheduling and payroll running. CTAS reminds by email and in the app 30, 15, 7 and 1 days ahead.
• Until a plan is bought the organization is read-only: data can still be viewed and exported and is not deleted, within the retention period in the Privacy policy.
• There is no obligation to buy after the offer, and nothing to cancel: CTAS Work plans never renew by themselves.

6. Withdrawing the offer

CTAS may withdraw an activated offer, after notifying the organization's administrator, where the application was untrue, the organization claimed the offer more than once under different names, or the organization breaches the Terms of service. The organization's data is then handled as it is when a plan expires.

7. Personal data

The details in the application (organization name, legal details, contact person, phone number, email) are used by CTAS to review, activate and communicate about the Programme, under the Privacy policy. They are kept while the organization uses CTAS Work and for at most 24 months after the application is closed.

8. Duration and changes

• The Programme runs from 20 October 2026 until CTAS announces its end on ctas.vn. Applications sent before that moment are still reviewed.
• CTAS may amend these terms; the new version is published on this page with its effective date. An offer activated under an earlier version keeps its full term.
