CTAS Course terms of use

These terms (the "Terms") are the agreement between CTA Solution Co., Ltd. ("CTA Solution", "we") and the users of the CTAS Course marketplace at course.ctas.vn (the "Platform"): learners and buyers ("you") and course publishers ("Publishers"). By creating an account, buying, enrolling or learning on the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms together with the operating rules, the payment policy and the privacy policy.

1. Accounts

• You sign in with a CTAS account (account.ctas.vn), shared with the other CTAS products. You must be 18 or older, or have your legal representative's consent; provide accurate information and keep your password and verification codes to yourself.
• A purchased course is tied to your account. Do not share the account; everything done from it is deemed done by you.

2. A course is digital content

• When you buy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to the purchased version of the course, to learn on the Platform. You do not buy the copyright.
• The course opens as soon as the payment succeeds. You agree that performance starts at that moment and that the purchase is non-refundable under the payment policy. The Platform shows the full outline, free preview lessons and an introduction video so you can decide before buying.
• You may access the purchased version for as long as the Platform distributes that course, and for at least 12 months from purchase. When the Publisher releases a new version you may be given it at the Publisher's discretion.
• No copying, downloading, screen recording, distributing, reselling, group training or use of the content to train automated models. Breaches may lead to the account being closed and to liability under the law.

3. Where you learn

Courses bought on the Platform are learned in the browser at course.ctas.vn, on computers and phones, and need an Internet connection. A course an organisation assigns to its own staff (through CTAS Studio) is a separate activity managed by that organisation; a course you bought yourself does not appear in the organisation's CTAS Work app, and the organisation cannot see your progress in it.

4. Previews and reviews

• Lessons marked "Free preview" open without buying. The preview is part of the course, not all of it.
• Only buyers may review a course. Reviews must be honest, free of other people's personal data and of advertising; CTA Solution may hide reviews that break these rules.

5. Certificates of completion and formal certificates

• What you receive on finishing a course (where the course offers one) is a certificate of completion issued by the Publisher: the Publisher's confirmation that you completed the programme under the published conditions. It is not a diploma or certificate of the national education system and does not replace a certificate issued by a competent authority or education institution.
• A Publisher may call this document a "chứng chỉ" (formal certificate) only when it holds a vocational-training registration or an equivalent training licence that CTA Solution has verified and that is shown on the course page (licence number, issuing authority). Otherwise every course on the Platform issues a certificate of completion only.
• Each certificate has a serial number that can be checked publicly on the Platform. A Publisher may revoke one where fraud is found.

6. Prices and discount codes

• Prices are listed in Vietnamese dong on the course page, VAT included where applicable. Publishers may change prices; the price that applies is the one at the time you order.
• Discount codes are issued by Publishers for their own courses under the stated conditions (validity, number of uses, minimum price). One code per order. Codes cannot be converted to cash.

7. Prohibited conduct

Using the Platform to break the law; misrepresenting yourself; interfering with the Platform technically; harvesting other users' data; trading accounts; posting offensive content, content contrary to public morals or content that infringes intellectual property.

8. For Publishers

• Publishers warrant that they hold all rights to the course content and grant CTA Solution the right to copy, store, display and distribute it on the Platform to buyers, for as long as the course is on sale and buyers retain access.
• Publishers must not make false claims about learning outcomes, jobs, income or the legal standing of certificates, and must not move learners off the Platform to transact.
• Publishers support learners on content through the support email shown on the course page. The financial relationship between a Publisher and CTA Solution is set in the storefront agreement.

9. Intellectual property

Course content belongs to the Publisher or its licensors. The interface, source code and the CTAS, CTAS Course and CTAS Studio marks belong to CTA Solution. A rights holder who finds infringing content writes to support@ctasolution.vn with evidence; CTA Solution handles it under the complaint procedure.

10. Limitation of liability

• CTA Solution is an intermediary platform and does not guarantee learning outcomes or a course's fitness for your particular purpose. Responsibility for content lies with the Publisher under the law.
• CTA Solution's liability for any transaction never exceeds the amount you paid for that transaction, unless the law provides otherwise.
• The Platform may be interrupted for maintenance; CTA Solution gives notice where it can and restores service as soon as possible.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. CTA Solution may close an account that breaches these Terms after notice, or immediately for a serious breach. When a course is removed from the Platform as the law requires, your access may end; CTA Solution will notify you and proceed under the payment policy.

12. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Questions go to support@ctasolution.vn or the hotline 0931 102 398. CTA Solution may update the Terms; the new text is published on the Platform and applies to transactions after its effective date.
